To the HFLC Community,

    I would like to commend the exceptional efforts you have shown in two months of distance learning at HFLC. I appreciate the support and cooperation that everyone displayed under such unique conditions which made the flow of learning a success thus far. I am not oblivious of the radical challenges that this whole setup has presented us and the learning load of adopting a new delivery mode may have taken a toll on everyone. Truth be told, it’s hardly surprising that we all feel the need to hit the reset button and recharge ourselves not just physically but also mentally. Supporting the mental health needs of everyone braving the challenges of distance learning is a critical mission for HFLC.

    So, as per schedule, HFLC will be closed for sembreak from Monday, 26 October 2020 to Monday of the following week, 02 November 2020. Online classes and other school operations will resume on Tuesday, 03 November 2020.

    In the meantime, let's use this time to recharge and reinvigorate ourselves for the days to come and find our balance once more. There's a beautiful symmetry that comes with resetting the button, I was told. In such wise, let's make the most out of our school break and be sure to rest. We all deserve to have one.
